Se realiza en medios de cultivo cuya composici\u00f3n se aproxima al entorno natural del \u00fatero.\n\nLa fecundaci\u00f3n <strong>in vitro en Marruecos<\/strong> s\u00f3lo est\u00e1 permitida para parejas casadas con dificultades para concebir. Estas dificultades pueden deberse a: endometriosis, alteraci\u00f3n de las trompas de Falopio, infertilidad masculina o escasa penetraci\u00f3n de los espermatozoides en el moco cervical, etc. Sin embargo, s\u00f3lo se recomienda tras una serie de inseminaciones intrauterinas fallidas, nunca como primera medicaci\u00f3n durante unas 2 semanas, se le administra una dosis de hormona (FSH) en forma de inyecci\u00f3n diaria para estimular la ovulaci\u00f3n, desencadenar el desarrollo simult\u00e1neo de varios fol\u00edculos y poder recuperar ovocitos (antes de la ovulaci\u00f3n).\n\nSe realizan an\u00e1lisis de sangre hormonales diarios para controlar el tratamiento. No todas son f\u00e9rtiles.\n\nPreparaci\u00f3n del semen: El semen se recoge el d\u00eda de la punci\u00f3n, tras la masturbaci\u00f3n de la pareja, en un recipiente est\u00e9ril. Se conservan los m\u00e1s potentes y los que no presentan anomal\u00edas morfol\u00f3gicas.\n\nSe introduce un espermatozoide en cada ovocito con una micropipeta.\n                    <\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-20 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-39e96b0\" data-id=\"39e96b0\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-42b30d7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-html\" data-id=\"42b30d7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"html.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"box_1\">\n                    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.la-chirurgie-esthetique-maroc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/in-vitro-maroc-5.webp\" alt=\"Punci\u00f3n folicular\">\n<div class=\"title_box_1\">\n                       <h3>Cultivo, desarrollo y transferencia de embriones<\/h3>\n\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"content_box_1\">\n\nNo todos los ovocitos son necesariamente fecundados.\n\nLos ovocitos fecundados (cigotos) se ponen en cultivo y se convierten en embriones. A continuaci\u00f3n, se observan y seleccionan (de 1 a 3 embriones).\n\nEn la mayor\u00eda de los casos, los embriones se transfieren dos o tres d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de la punci\u00f3n.\n\nLa transferencia de embriones se realiza bajo control ecogr\u00e1fico, mediante un cat\u00e9ter que el m\u00e9dico introduce en el \u00fatero.
